The FLOW
Amsterdam, The Netherlands
The Flow Amsterdam is made to be the perfect place to work. The Flow counts 7000 m2 of space, spread over 5 floors. The building received both BREEAM and WELL certification, and was rewarded Smartest Building 2020 in January 2021.
Cordeel
Temse, Belgium
The inventive building was placed above the dry dock of the former Temse shipyard, is 100 meters long and 26 meters wide. The new Cordeel HQ has a place at 14 meters above the ground floor and 20 meters above the water level.
Vanderlande Industries
Veghel, The Netherlands
This BREEAM Excellent building has a total of nine floors and counts 19,000 m2 gross floor surface. Vanderlande's Building 50 features workplaces, meeting centers, fitness facilities, a central meeting room and a common technology square.
